College is ideally situated on the sprawling campus, just 12kms, away from Bangalore city railway station. The college is surrounded by greenery at all corners. The cool breeze, the warm sunshine, the tranquility and evocative beauty of the place blend into a perfect environment conducive to education and all round development of the students. The academic ambience of the college and its serene settings induce the best from the student who chooses to worship in this temple of learning.
HISTORY OF THE INSTITUTION
There is no greater power than knowledge and there is no greater service to humanity than imparting that knowledge through quality education. With this concept in mind SRI VIDYA VIKAS D.Ed (T.C.H) COLLEGE was set-up, to provide a sound academic foundation combined with curricular activities, aimed at bringing up the all-round development of a student. Education is the base of an individual's growth and their subsequent evolution as human beings. Knowledge provides the capacity to distinguish between right and wrong, it helps a person understand that when properly used, application of intelligence will play a prominent role in the success of that person. The trust had a vision to transform well meaning intentions into a reality, to provide a center for culture and human values.
Primarily started with SRI VIDYA VIKAS D.Ed (T.C.H) COLLEGE partronage and support from the people was overwhelming enough for the trust to start SRI AUROBINDO PUBLIC SCHOOL. Thanks to the encouragements of patrons, donors, well wishers and the immense contribution of the staff of all departments the dream has come to reality. A variety of courses are being offered at these institutions and it has been the endeavour of the trust to start new courses keeping in mind the need to offer advanced courses. A look at the various curriculums available at our institutions is proof enough of the commitment to expand to all fields of knowledge. The trust has a vision to transform the intentions into a reality; provide a platform for culture and inculcate human value.
